Adam’s passion for sports performance stems from his own experience playing multiple sports from a young age. An Idaho native, he grew up here in the valley and graduated from Mountain View High school. He is a 3 time varsity letterman in both Football and Tennis. He continued on to play collegiate football and expound on his knowledge pursuing an Exercise Science Degree. After Graduating from Boise State in 2013, his dedication to further his education continued with an internship at Athletes Performance where he worked closely with professional athletes in Football, Baseball, and Soccer.

Adam’s athletic performance knowledge extends to other diverse fields where he is also certified as a CrossFit Level 2 and Precision Nutrition Level 1 coach. He believes in attacking life from a fundamental standpoint through hard work, consistent effort, and setting realistic goals. His main focus is to help others grow and perform at their highest level in order to reach those goals. He practices what he preaches and you can see his passion through his hard work and dedication to his athletes.

You can find Adam exploring the backcountry, playing in a volleyball tournament, satisfying his sweet tooth, and living life to the fullest.
