Alex Marrujo

Alex was born and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona, where his lifelong passion for movement began on the baseball field. He played competitively throughout college while earning his bachelor’s degree in Biology from Marymount California University. Driven to help others stay active and recover stronger, Alex pursued his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Creighton University’s Phoenix campus.

During his clinical training, Alex completed a rotation at Rock and Armor, where he quickly connected with the team’s dynamic approach to care. He’s thrilled to be back, now as a full-time physical therapist.

Alex enjoys working with patients of all ages and abilities, with a special interest in sports medicine and performance rehab. His goal is to empower every individual to move better and feel their best.

Outside the clinic, you’ll find Alex staying active—whether he’s working out, hiking, exploring new restaurants, or spending quality time with his wife, Katie.
