Ali Henrickson grew up in Park City, UT enjoying all things outdoors including skiing, hiking, boating, fishing, and biking. Competitively she played soccer most of her life, then transitioned to distance running later in high school where she fell in love with running on the trails and roads in beautiful Utah. Following high school, she attended the University of Wyoming to study Kinesiology & Health Promotion while competing in Track & Field and Cross Country as a Cowgirl. After college she spent three years coaching as a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist in a sport performance facility, personal training, and doing adult fitness while also obtaining a nutrition coaching certificate.
From there, Ali decided to further advance her career and obtained her DPT at Idaho State University in Meridian, ID. She completed one of her clinical rotations at Rock & Armor and decided it was the perfect mix between physical therapy and sport performance for her dream job. Since joining the team, she has completed a Sport Residency program and loves to bring out the ATHLETE in all her patients, no matter their age or ability level. Ali still loves to run in local road races and spends most of her time trying new fitness trends with friends and enjoying the outdoors with her husband, Tim.
