Ashlyn was born and raised in Cody, Wyoming. In high school, she was a three-sport athlete all four years of high school competing in volleyball, basketball, and track. Her love of sports and being active combined with her passion for health, wellness, and serving others led her to earn her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Health Promotion at the University of Wyoming. She then attended Idaho State University in Meridian, receiving her Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
During her clinical education, Ashlyn completed a rotation at a Rock & Armor location where she connected with the supportive team, the collaborative environment, and the high level of personalized care provided to every patient. She fell in love with the Boise area and looks forward to serving this wonderful community. Ashlyn enjoys working with patients of all ages and activity levels and is committed to partnering with each individual throughout their rehabilitation journey by empowering them to achieve their goals, optimize recovery, and return to the activities they love most.
Outside of the clinic, Ashlyn enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, paddleboarding, fishing, camping, and riding horses in the mountains. She also loves spending time with family and friends, traveling, playing pickleball and volleyball, and trying out new coffee shops and restaurants around the Treasure Valley.
