This class will focus on speed, agility, cutting, weight lifting, and overall conditioning for Girls Lacrosse Players
Tue/Thur at 7:30 to 8:30 am
This Class is from May 19th to July 31st (9 weeks). We encourage those able to sign up and pay for the whole summer at a discounted price of $165. Otherwise 2 monthly payments of $90 for June and July
