Elementary Speed and Agility

This class will focus on acceleration, deceleration, reactional change of direction, plyometrics and jumping for the elementary school athlete. Monday and Wednesday 6-7 pm $70/month.

*If an athlete signs up for both Speed and Agility class and Performance class, they will receive a discount of $120/month for both classes.
