Girls Combine

On Saturday, June 11th we will be a hosting a girls only sports combine to measure athletic measures for middle school and high school athletes. These results can be given to collegiate coaches, used to properly guide training, and compare to your peers. Events tested will be: 40 yard dash, 10 yard dash, Pro-agility, Broad Jump, Vertical, and Medicine Ball Toss. We will also have an instructive ACL prevention station led by one of our Physical Therapist.

• This fun day will start at 10 am and cost is $15
