Soccer Performance
Crafted for athletes who want to sharpen their speed, agility, endurance, and power on the pitch. This 9-week summer session focuses on explosive movement, injury prevention, and soccer-specific strength to help athletes improve speed, power, and overall performance on the field. Participants will build the strength, agility, and endurance needed to outplay the competition, reduce injury risk, and perform at their best all season long.
Classes run from June 1st through July 31st!
