Spartan Race Prep

Need to prepare for the Spartan Race?  We have a 10 week training camp for all those who wish to prepare for the Boise 5K Spartan Sprint!  The race is on June 27th in Payette, ID.  This camp will have a limited space of 15 people. It will be an intense training program that will include a unique combination of aerobic and anaerobic activities similar to what you will experience in the race.  The class is Monday and Wednesday 6-7 pm starting April 20th and running till June 24th.  Total cost for all 10 weeks is $150.  Discounts will be given for those participating in our current classes.
