Youth Performance (Ages 9-14)
Speed, agility, and strength training designed for athletes ages 9–14 who are looking to improve their performance in any sport. This 9-week summer session focuses on building a strong athletic foundation through structured, age-appropriate training that enhances speed, coordination, agility, strength, and overall athletic ability.
Classes run from June 1st through July 31st!

Price: $220 for 9 weeks
