Cody Suder

Cody Suder grew up in Laramie, Wyoming and played all sports from the time he could walk. While attending Laramie High School, he earned all-state honors in football, soccer and baseball while ultimately excelling in high level junior hockey. Competition led to multiple injuries and numerous surgeries, a many of which were later rehabbed at Rock and Armor.
Cody received his BS in Exercise Science from Boise State University in 2014. While attending school, he worked as a personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach for Boise State University. Being certified as a strength and conditioning specialist allowed Cody to intern and serve as the strength and conditioning coach for the Division I men’s and Women’s tennis teams as well as the women’s softball team at BSU. During this time, Cody also had the privilege of working with other Division I programs at the University of Wyoming and the United States Air Force Academy in their human performance laboratories.
Cody worked for 2 years after graduation, before realizing he wanted to further his education and serve others in the field of sports and orthopedic Physical therapy. Cody earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from The University of the Pacific in 2018 and joined Rock and Armor following graduation. Cody has a love for the outdoors and adventure. In his free time, he can be found backcountry skiing, fly-fishing or playing recreational sports.
