Originally from Loveland, Colorado David grew up playing basketball and football. David then moved to Meridian, Idaho attending Cole Valley Christian School where he finished his junior and senior years playing football and basketball. David was awarded all state for both sports and was ranked #3 in the state as wide receiver.
With some D3 and NAIA offers for basketball and football David decided to take another path and focus on more of his passions with fitness and exercise, which started with studying Exercise Science for 2 years at Grand Canyon University. After his first 2 semesters of College David did a summer internship with the Jack City Fitness, Boise ID. Soon after his internship David completed his personal training certification from NASM. After 2 years of learning at GCU David transferred in 2024 to Boise State University.
Today, David attends BSU to finish his College career getting an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology, with an Emphasis in Sports Performance and Exercise Science, and recently was brought on here to Rock and Armor as a Sports Performance Coach. David’s future goals are to continue learning and growing within the performance/kinesiology field and to explore new areas he might be interested in learning more about. David enjoys lifting, spending time with friends and family, playing pick-up basketball, loves training people, and holds his faith as most important in his life.
