Hannah Bideganeta

Hannah holds a master’s and bachelor’s degree in Exercise, Sport, and Health Sciences, both from the University of Idaho. While pursuing her bachelor’s, Hannah had the opportunity to teach anatomy and physiology labs, where she found immense joy and fulfillment in teaching a course she enjoyed and helping students learn. She was then introduced to the field of physical therapy when she began working as a tech while studying for her master’s. It was here that she found a field in which she could combine three passions—exercise science, teaching, and helping people achieve their goals, motivating her to pursue PT school at Idaho State University.  

While at ISU, she completed a rotation with Rock and Armor and fell in love with the variety of patients she saw—everyone from young athletes to active older adults—each bringing unique goals and challenges. 

Hannah is a born and bred Idahoan, growing up in Mountain Home and spending most of her days riding horses, camping, hiking, and doing anything outside. She continues to enjoy these activities, often spending weekends with her family at their cabin or out on the lake with her friends. A lifelong soccer player, she now plays recreationally in an indoor league and still finds joy in the sport.
