Janet Smith

Janet joins our team with over 20 years of experience in healthcare. Close to 15 years of that time has been within short and long term rehabilitation care. Her passion as a physical therapy clinical aide is working with her patients to help them recover, regain, and improve their overall well-being.

Janet was born in the Philippines. While in the Philippines she studied nursing and worked in the healthcare profession. In 2001 she moved to Boise to start a family with her late husband Tom. She is blessed with two children, Sam and Cora. During Tom’s illness and after his passing, she rediscovered her passion for nursing and rehabilitations care.

When away from the gym, Janet and her husband Darren, enjoy time with their children. She loves most all outdoor activities, specifically golfing and hiking, as well as yoga, cooking, and traveling.
