Born and raised in the Treasure Valley, Kai began his interest in physical therapy when he experienced a knee injury in high school and had a PT he looked up to. From there, he began studying physical therapy getting his undergraduate degree at Eastern Oregon University while playing on the football team and completed his doctorate program in Physical Therapy in 2022 at Idaho State University. Since then he has continued his education receiving his CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) as well as becoming an ICE (Institute of Clinical Excellence) Certified Specialist: Fitness Athlete. Kai has been working for Rock and Armor since March of 2024.In his free time, Kai enjoys spending time with his (soon to be) wife in the outdoors with their pups Clifford and Robert. If it isn’t hiking and camping, Kai spends a lot of his free time training to compete in Olympic Weightlifting.
