Lauren Roberds

Lauren has been with Rock and Armor since the very beginning. Starting in 2014, she is now the Clinic Operations Manager, overseeing operations and billing across all Rock and Armor locations. Her greatest pride is providing one-on-one advocacy for patients and their services. Between explaining insurance benefits, providing a cost breakdown of services, and maintaining constant communication within the healthcare team, she works hard to serve as a liaison between patients and their insurance companies. She firmly believes that facilitating a seamless financial process is vital for patients to concentrate on their healing journey.

Beyond administrative prowess, Lauren cultivates a positive environment within the clinics. Patient and client welfare are her top priorities, ensuring that everyone who steps through Rock and Armor’s doors feels embraced as a member of the family. Her dedication reflects a profound commitment to the well-being and unity of the Rock and Armor community.

In 2023, Lauren strengthened her expertise by earning an MBA in Healthcare Administration, further equipping her to support the Rock and Armor team and its clients. In 2025, she completed a Master’s in Leadership Development to better serve the evolving needs of a dynamic and growing organization. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys running her book club, attending concerts, and camping.
