Lynsey graduated with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Northern Arizona University in 2012. She then went on to complete an Orthopedic Residency, receiving mentorship from several distinguished clinicians across the Northwest. With continued education and experience, she also became a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) in 2016.

Lynsey works alongside her patients to identify the root cause of their injury, allowing them to be treated effectively and achieve their goals in a timely manner. She has extensive education and is highly skilled in manual therapy techniques, including the Fascial Distortion Model (FDM) and spinal manipulation. Lynsey also holds a certification in dry needling from the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy.

Over the years, Lynsey has developed a special interest in women’s health rehabilitation. She commonly treats conditions associated with pelvic pain, pregnancy and postpartum related issues, diastasis recti, and incontinence. By providing evidence-based treatments, Lynsey strives to help women feel empowered, stay active and remain healthy across their lifespan.

Lynsey was raised in Boise and attended Capital High School. Lynsey and her husband, Jeff, have three children, Bennett, Beau and Brooklyn. When not at work, Lynsey enjoys being outdoors especially camping, hiking and gardening.
