Mark graduated from Boise State University in the fall of 2021 with a B.S. in Kinesiology with an emphasis in exercise science. Mark was born and raised in Nampa, ID and graduated from Nampa High School where he played football all four years, also participating in the athletic training club, which sparked his interest in understanding the ins and outs of how to get athletes, back on the field and performing at a higher level than when they got hurt. He enjoys working with athletes and making sure athletes have knowledge of how to properly move well beyond just working with himself. After high school Mark began powerlifting training and fell in love with the process of strength and conditioning coaching for himself and others. Mark has been an assistant in the summer strength and conditioning program with NNU volleyball team in the summer of 2022. Mark is actively working toward getting into Physical Therapy School, where he plans to become a Doctor of Physical Therapy as well. When not working, Mark enjoys being active whether that be playing sports, hiking, or exercising.
