Our goal is to design personalized programs to help individuals achieve their goals. For example, cross country runners should not be doing the same programs as lacrosse players. The demands of basketball player are inherently different from that of football players. Our staff is knowledgeable in the different demands each sport places on the human body, and are educated in the necessary training programs and exercises to meet these demands. Olympic Lifting Assessment

We utilize video analysis to break down form and find “sticking points” in you squat and Olympic lifts. We are then able to implement proper corrective exercises to mobilize tissue and maximize joint mobilization.

we utilize video analysis to break down your running form, and then implement necessary corrective exercises to allow you to run as efficient as possible.

Beware of the “Prowler Flu” that follows a workout on the Prowler 2 sleds. Engage the glutes, hams, and quads in a way you never imagined, all while taxing your lungs to the max.

we have a vast array of dumbbell weight, barbell weight, Olympic bars, atlas balls, slam balls, steel bags, and weight vests to aid your performance training and weight lifting. You will be amazed at the various techniques our coaches will utilize to tax your muscles.

This valuable tool is utilized by college athletic departments nation wide and is the only of its kind in the treasure valley. You will have a love/hate relationship with the ramp, but will also come out of it stronger and more explosive!

we utilize the most recent Bluetooth technology to get accurate and precise times for you. Do not mess around with facilities that are still trying to use stop watches. You will accurately be able to track your progress at Rock and Armor with the Dashr laser timers.

Improve your explosiveness and vertical with the vertimax. The vertimax is designed to help you jump higher and become a more explosive athlete. You will feel the burn after just a few minutes on these!

Test your power, endurance, or both on the Concept 2 Rower and Ski Ergometer. These “torture devices” will take you muscles and lungs to barriers you did not know existed. Have fun!

This unique piece of equipment will work the glutes and hams to the max while mimicking the running motion. This is a must have exercise for any explosive athlete.

Engage your opponent and drive them 15 yards, sprint 30 yards carrying a weighted load, it is all possible with the Tred Sled, which will leave you gassed and searching for air!
